But FWIW, it’s easier for me to put my kid in his seat in my Bronco than our mid-size sedan. I can basically stand up in the passenger foot well to buckle him in.
Then of course there’s the added room with no shell.

Thats more a height function though, right? I mean, its easier for the kids to get in the cruiser than the nox box, but its still a pain to get them in the 3rd row.

Yes, this is one reason why families don’t buy wagons. Car seats are heavy yo

Vans are a win here, I’ll admit it. But I WONT call them “mini”

So much rollover danger.

Is there room for him to put his feet down between the seats if he wanted to? I’m seriously considering a Bronco or K5 Blazer to replace the Roadmaster.

Oh yeah. I can sit comfortably in the back as well.

Yeah we stick to in-town driving with the top off. Eventually I want some sort of roll protection that will fit under the shell so we can do some wheeling.

Sweet! My youngest is still rear facing for four more months. Could a person with legs sit in the front passenger seat with a rear facing seat behind them?

Probably. The front row has leg room for days.

Mostly, but there is also a little more leg room as well.
